Performance Engineer

Job Description/Skills Required:
- 15+ years of exp. in performance testing & engineering
- Expert in deriving NFRs for multiple complex application architecture & defining NFRs at component level by working with IT & Business
- Experience in deriving NFT strategy for a program that involves integrating multiple systems / components including middleware system, Card Authorization system, MQs, Batch/ETLs
- Expert in performance testing tools - Jmeter/LoadRunner & APM tools (AppDynamics / Dynatrace), Mobile device performance testing/engineering, Client Side performance validation
- Good experience in conducting Resiliency testing, Failover testing
- Root cause analysis & providing recommendation on performance bottlenecks during performance testing & also on Production incidents using tools like AppDynamics, SecureCRT, CA UIM, etc.,
- Experience in Cloud, Micro Services & Open Shift Container applications
- Good experience in CI/CD tools - Jenkins, GitHub, Graphana, ELK, etc.,
- Experience in NFR assessment / consulting
- Experience in Payment / Cards domain
- Good experience in Agile & POD based delivery model
- Coordinate with offshore & support offshore team whenever required
- Good communication, client facing and stakeholder management skills
