We have an immediate need for a bright, diligent, highly skilled Functional Principal Architect with Oracle Cloud HCM expertise. Are you a thought leader and customer advisor, capable of guiding customer leadership on Oracle Applications Cloud solutions to meet business requirements?

Responsibilities

• Develop solution designs, including guidance on Cloud configurations, workarounds, functional mappings, and workaround solutions for gaps.
• Establish project timelines, resource plans and domain specific scope and approach to assist pursuit or project teams
• Collaborate with Cognizant and Oracle Marketing teams of GTM Solutions development, marketing campaigns and evangelize solutions internally with Vertical teams and externally with Customers and Oracle
• During Cloud Map sessions, lead workshops in relevant Cloud domain modules, including business process design and functional design workshops

Required Qualifications

• Experience in the implementation full lifecycle of at least 3 Oracle Cloud implementations as a Functional Lead and 10+ years as a Functional Consultant in Oracle Applications implementations (Cloud or On Premise)
• Demonstrated experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis conference room pilots (CRPs) design and functional configuration sessions and engaging with technical and testing teams to resolve project risks and issues
• Oracle Cloud certification in one or more modules of relevant Application Domain
• Domain specific key module knowledge: HCM - Core HR, Benefits, Payroll, Talent Management, ORC, OLC.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in migrating to the Oracle Applications Cloud from relevant Oracle OnPremise products (e.g. EBS, PeopleSoft, JDE, Hyperion, Taleo, Demantra etc.)
• Broad product, technology or industry expertise is an advantage. Ability to craft and articulate strategic solutions. In-depth knowledge of implementation methodologies and best practices
• Knowledge of competitive & partner products, technology, and solutions. Proficient in using selling, pre-sales support, bid plan support and negotiation techniques.

Work Location & Travel Requirements

Work remotely with occasional travel to client location as needed by project.

Salary & Other Compensation

The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 - $210,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
