We are looking for a Network DevOps Engineer who will be responsible for the availability and reliability of our services and will ensure that they meet the requirements of our users. We are enhancing IBM's cloud services to deliver performance and predictability for our customers' most demanding workloads, at global scale and with leadership efficiency, resiliency,and security. In this Network DevOps Engineer role, you will work closely with the entire cloud infrastructure organization to develop, support, maintain and operationally improve the cloud infrastructure.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Requires 5-7 years of experience in the following area

• Linux Sysadmin
• Hand on configuration management software such as Ansible
• Strong Programming Skills Python, Golang, Shell, Linux troubleshooting.
• Docker, Kubernetes deployment and configuration skills.
• Working with Git, Jenkins,and Enterprise Cloud in general.
• Troubleshooting skills to understand Go code/Log analysis.
• Experience in LogDNA, Kibana, Prometheus for debugging issues.
• Strong analytical skills, clear risk understanding, structured approach, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Great team player and contributor capable of working independently

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Advanced networking protocol knowledge (TCP/IP, iptables, BGP/IP routing)
• Business Continuity modeling & implementation
• Hands-on performances monitoring/analysis of production cloud services
• Experience in cybersecurity engineering or data protection
