Join General Dynamics IT and be a part of the team of men and women that solve some of the world's most complex technical challenges. The Navy Enterprise Service Desk (NESD) program is seeking a Remedy Developer with Helix experience to join their team.

You must have a minimum Interim Secret clearance to be considered.

This is a remote teleworking opportunity.

You will participate in a Team of Remedy Developers responsible for migrating a BMC Helix ITSM proof of concept from prototype to production. In addition you will:

• Maintain the upkeep of Remedy/Helix Life Cycle support, configuration control, change management and several other logistics functions.
• Be well versed in creating custom BMC Remedy/Helix code for the expansion of this tool into additional functional areas of the DoD program.
• Responsible for the ITIL and ITSM process flows within Helix.
• Work directly with the Remedy/Helix Engineers on several tasks that include report writing, system administration and strong custom coding creation.

Basic Qualifications:

• BS degree; additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree
• 10+ years of BMC Remedy experience specifically with BMC Accredited Administrator, Remedy Developer Studio experience and AWS GovCloud
• Experience with Helix development
• Experience with the Webservice interface to build system interfaces
• Understanding of the key technologies relevant to the BMC Remedy/Helix integration solutions including: Rest Web Services, SOAP, LDAP, JSON
• Expertise in data migration
• Security+ certification; must be able to obtain within 3 months of start
• Secret clearance
