The Digital Experience team, part of MassMutual's Enterprise Technology & Experience organization, designs, builds, and supports the company's mobile apps for customers and financial professionals. The Development Opportunities
DX Development Program – Learn what it is like to be a mobile developer at MassMutual. You will receive focused training that helps you grow and gain knowledge. You will learn our practices and current technical stack, as well as becoming integrated into the Digital Experience community.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fields including computer engineering, computer science, and/or information systems
Experience in building engaging mobile apps using one or more iOS or Android development tools, including Swift, Cocoa Touch, UIKit, XCode, Kotlin, Java, and Android Studio
Experience in using mobile Frameworks (cocoapods, Swift Package Manager, fastlane etc.)
Basic knowledge of mobile Frameworks (Jetpack, Coroutines, LiveData, Firebase etc..)
A collaborative approach to technical problem solving
A passion for working on cross-functional teams and collaborating with other teams across MassMutual to deliver high-quality mobile apps
Experience leveraging REST based APIs to build application
Must be currently authorized to work in the US, without requiring any future sponsorship
The anticipated annual salary for this program is $100,000.
