Lutz Tech + I.T. Systems Engineer

Lutz Tech is an information technology firm that partners with local businesses to provide support of their IT infrastructures and consulting services in all matters of technology. We are currently seeking a candidate to join our Team as a Systems Engineer. Our Systems Engineers are well-rounded individuals who demonstrate competency in a variety of skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES, QUALIFICATIONS, AND MORE INFORMATION BELOW

• 3 to 5 years IT experience is required.
• Previous and current MSP experience required.
• Provide implementation and support of Microsoft's suite of products.
• Implement and troubleshoot on-prem and cloud-based infrastructures.
• Work flexibly with various tech teams and clients.
• Ticket tracking, time entry and network documentation.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with a service first mentality.
• Problem solve creatively and bring your own solutions to the table.
• Comfort in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment.

IMPLEMENTATION OF SOME OF THE FOLLOWING TECHNOLOGIES PREFERRED

• Microsoft Active Directory
• Networking equipment (Firewalls, Access Points, etc.)
• Windows Server and Microsoft Azure environments
• Microsoft 365
• Citrix, VDI and Remote Desktop Services
• Microsoft Office platform
• Domain registrar and certificate management
• Physical, virtual, and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Microsoft Azure, VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V
