The Enterprise Assurance & Risk Management Department (7578) provides sustainable strategic vision and management framework for the enterprise through mission assurance, leadership in enterprise integration activities, and development of enterprise systems and processes.
On any given day, you may be called on to:

• Work closely with Department Quality Assurance, Safety, Security, and Black Belts to identify risks and opportunities.
• Teach Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Courses.
• Support Center Strategic Planning effort.
• Lead Causal Analysis events.
• Teach Green Belt Courses as required.
• Lead Structured Improvement Activities

Qualifications We Require

• Bachelors Degree in relevant field, plus 5 or more years of relevant experience.
• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.

Qualifications We Desire

• Strong Facilitation skills.
• Experience teaching Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience mentoring Green Belts to Certification.
• Experience using statistical software for data analysis.
• Experience facilitating events involving Senior Leadership.
• Casual Analysis experience.
• Active DOE Q-level security clearance or DoD equivalent

Security Clearance

Sandia is required by DOE to conduct a pre-employment drug test and background review that includes checks of personal references, credit, law enforcement records, and employment/education verifications. Position Information

This Limited Term Employee (LTE) position is a temporary position for one year term, which may be renewed at Sandia's discretion up to a maximum of seven years.
Individuals in LTE positions may bid on regular Sandia positions as internal candidates, and in some cases may be converted to regular career positions during their term if warranted by ongoing operational needs, continuing availability of funds, and satisfactory job performance.
