Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.

  • Designing and developing solutions with the Microsoft stack and Azure services Collaborate directly with a cross functional teams(e.g. Developers, Scrum Master, Product Owner) and stakeholders
  • Design and develop Cloud native applications including REST APIs
  • Customizing code, software integration, and analysis to configure or generate a solution
  • Ensure adherence to company and industry standards
  • Create/Implement procedures to solve complex problems considering computer equipment capacity and limitations, operating time, and form of desired results
  • Interpret internal/external business challenges and recommend best practices
  • Leverage technical expertise and industry knowledge to implement innovative solutions
  • Act as a Mentor with a focus on building the team's technical expertise Use of agile methodology to deliver high quality working software by adhering to DevSecOps practice, integrating Azure DevOps based version control, automated builds, and release management CI/CD of both UI/React Web and Backend/Java
  • Ensure code analysis and scans are being performed regularly by utilizing coverage tools such as SonarQube or Veracode
  • Actively participate in refining user stories, development of unit testing, and supporting integration and functional testing
  • Responsible for providing knowledge transfer to production support Develop code in accordance with the acceptance criteria established by the Product Owner

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 8-10+ years of experience in developing complex business applications using C#, .NET, Java
  • Advanced knowledge in SQL and Database functions Experience with code versioning tools such as Azure DevOps/TFS and Git.
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and proven experience with designing and implementing large systems and databases
  • Sound understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes
  • Ability to interpret internal and external business challenges and recommend best practices
  • Ability to lead complex projects
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to solve complex technical and business problems Excellent team player and ability to influence others at senior levels to adopt a new perspective

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree and ten years of experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
  • Minimum 8-10 years of UI development experience with strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
  • Thorough understanding of Angular 2+ years with extensive experience in developing UI components using Angular
  • Angular 8+ year experience
  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate (or higher)
