Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead complex hands-on development and implementation of world-class software solutions
• Mentor software engineers and lead software engineering code quality and best practices
• Assist in story definition, evaluation, translation, and business requirements gathering from product owners and business stakeholders
• Estimate delivery effort, as well as effectively identify and prioritize high-value deliverables
• Influence design, development and deployment of product architecture based on the roadmap
• Support and monitor platform modernization initiatives from legacy systems to new solutions and recommend solutions to improve existing systems
• Design, develop, test, and deploy software components for existing and future products, covering functional and non-functional aspects like security and performance

Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience developing java-based solutions in an enterprise environment, influencing both development and architecture activities
• 2+ years of experience working with SQL server technologies
• 2+ years of experience with Azure Cloud technologies
• 2+ years of experience with containers using Kubernetes
• 2+ years of experience with Javascript and single-page applications

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in the healthcare industry
• Experience leveraging Spring Cloud framework
• Experience designing or implementing event streaming technologies
• Experience with CICD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub
• Experience with Azure Event Hubs
• Data transformation experience
• Microservices development experience
• Experience with Test Driven Development
• Experience in Terraform IaC automation
