Mainly on Low power, Medium Power and High Power Architecture and Topology Selection for requirement- Expert level Experience in Battery Charger design, converter, inverter are required Project Lifecycle Management- Expert level Stakeholder Management- Expert level Customer Interactions- Expert level Component selection both Passive and Active Magnetics design Expert level Simulation tool experience Expert level Perform Design Calculations- Expert level Independent design Knowledge ( Low, Medium and High power ): Stepdown/ Buck, Flyback and Power factor correction/ Boost , Forward, Half bridge and Full bridge Expert Level Schematic tool experience PCB Component Placement, Routing and guidelines defining- Expert Level BOM Creation Product Cost estimation Test plan Preparation and Design verification testing Environmental and Safety compliance Expert level Project Lifecycle Management- Expert level Stakeholder Management- Expert level (1.) To collect requirement and create engineering documentation and Test plan (2.) To select critical components meeting product specifications (3.) To design schematics in ECAD tools and review connectivity (4.) Perform Design analysis like Signal Integrity, Power Integrity , Derating analysis (5.) Prepare PCB layout guidelines and work with PCB team in reviewing the layout for design rules and DFx (6.) Support and work with cross-functional team for HW dependencies with ME Team, SW team, FPGA team , Manufacturing team (7.) Preform HW Design verification test, Regulatoryorsafety compliance test and Prepare test reports for the same.
