Job Description

The Core Automation Lead will be responsible for the expansion, functional support and managing the delivery of UiPath automations.  The role will be responsible for continuously improving the processes across the company. The incumbent will interact cross functionally with: Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Platform, Cloud, Security/Compliance, Hardware and Software teams. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop yearly roadmap to include new initiatives from departments across the company and continually prioritize development work throughout the year
  • Effectively and continually communicate initiative prioritization and justification to department leaders, process owners and business users. 
  • Expand the current program footprint to Supply Chain, Hardware, Software and Security/Compliance. 
  • Engage with department leaders, business stakeholders and functional leads to identify new initiatives, diagnose process pain points, and operational automation changes.
  • Convey RPA program benefits and calculate Return on Investment (ROI) i.e. hours saved, cost avoidance.
  • Measure initiative post deployment success and monitor operational throughput. 
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with process owners, stakeholders and business users
  • Provide functional support and manage the development team day-to-day work

Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment
  • Team player with organization, prioritization, project, and time management skills to meet deadlines with multiple projects.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively to both developers and customers in various geographies to drive results
  • Ability to think critically to create innovative solutions to complicated problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to articulate ideas at a high-level as well as at a technical level
  • Experience with UiPath preferred
  • Experience with JIRA preferred
  • Experience with Agile methodologies preferred

 Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Science or related field with 5+ years of experience in a similar role.

  • Project Management Certification preferred
