Responsibilities:

• Onboard to new NAC solution based off Portnox. This will include documenting any new processes and using lessons learned to make future installs seamless.
• Work with our support vendors to solve operational issues related to Bluecoat, Palo Alto and Umbrella web filtering solution, client VPN (Corporate and 3rd Party) and Cisco ISE
• Provide weekly reports around NAC, current operational incidents and new operational rollouts for Content Filtering, VPN and ISE.
• Work with other partners to support the launch of new projects and ensure that all network elements are built out to support.
• Work with cross-functional teams to maintain security posture across the enterprise and implement enhanced methods to protect customer data.

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

• Three (3) years of network engineering experience with NAC, VPN, IPSEC, Content Filtering, SNMP, Cisco IOS
• Travel - up to 10-20%

It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

• BA/BS in Information Technology, Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience with the following systems and platforms: ZScaler ZPA solutions, Bluecoat, Palo Alto and Cisco Umbrella, Cisco AnyConnect VPN, Cisco ACS/RADIUS/TACACS+/ISE
• Experience with managing Infrastructure as code environments at AWS including CloudFormation, VPC's and the AWS CLI
• Experience managing, monitoring and supporting cloud devices/services.
• Scripting experience - Bash/JSON/Powershell, etc.
• Experience with security concepts around Security group management.
