Infosys is seeking aTechnical Test Lead - US - JAVA/Selenium/BDD/API.In the role of Technical Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance professional across the different stages of the Testing lifecycle. You will coordinate with stakeholders and conduct test workshop to convert the requirement specifications into test requirements and create test strategy. You will create test assurance plans, strategy and identify the components for failover, system recovery and collaborate with all the teams to meet our clients' business needs. You will also be required to implement both TDD and BDD. You will have the opportunity to test API services with the help of Automation.

BasicQualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 5+ years of API testing with Automation framework development using JAVA and Selenium Automation.
- Experience in implementing test driven (TDD) and behavior driven development (BDD).
- Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution.
- Experience with Lean/Agile development methodologies.
- Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Charlotte, NC or be willing to relocate to the area.

Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in implementing behavior driven development (BDD).
- Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies.
- Experience in Quality assurance experience in API.
- Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams
- Experience managing team size of 2-3 would be a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.
- Experience in API testing.
- Experience in implementing test driven (TDD) and behavior driven development (BDD).

The job also entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face.
