IT Engineering Solution Architect
Key Role:
Develop solution architecture (SA) and resolve complex issues in a variety of projects through the implementation of requirements analysis, expertise support, and project supervision. Apply specific functional, working, and general industry knowledge to develop or contribute to solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity. Understand your customer's environment and apply your knowledge to help develop the right systems for their mission. Translate real-world needs into technical specifications, while working as an integral part of delivering a customer focused engineering solution. Work independently with some guidance while reviewing or guiding activities of more junior employees.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with systems engineering
- Experience with verification and validation
- Experience with system architecture and design
- Experience with requirements analysis and management
- Experience with interface definition and management
- Experience providing systems engineering support in an Agile development environment
- Experience providing systems engineering support for DoD or IC programs
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED
- Ability to obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification within 6 months of hire
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with systems utilizing a cloud-based infrastructure
- Experience with SysML and Cameo Systems Modeler
- Experience with Requirements Management tools, including DOORS or JAMA
- Experience using Agile tools, including Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of trade study design and execution
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph preferred
- Bachelor's degree
- Agile Certification a plus
- Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC Certification
