Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will be a part of a team that supports the infrastructure & applications that enables the day-to-day business operations to take place. We are looking for someone with a strong technical aptitude who has the desire and ability to learn new technologies.

Here are a few examples of the kinds of things you'll do:

    • Build, maintain, monitor, test, document, analyze, and provide technical support for applications and hosting infrastructure.
    • Supporting technologies and solutions that are primarily based on:
      • Microsoft Server
      • Microsoft SQL
    • Monitoring system health, tune for performance, and conduct capacity planning to meet customer needs and SLA requirements.



Qualifications

We're looking for someone with:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree with a preference in a science, technology, engineering, or math related field or equivalent work experience
  • Technical aptitude
  • Prior experience supporting Microsoft Server and Microsoft SQL
  • Prior experience supporting applications in a Windows 10 environment
  • Must have the desire and ability to learn new technology and continuously grow
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work well with other internal areas of the organization to achieve results


Additional preferred technical experience:

  • Windows PowerShell scripting

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.

Salary Range

$49300 - $96000 / year

This position may require on-call responsibilities.

Work Environments

This role offers the ability for in-office, hybrid (blending both office and remote work in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements. You'll work with your leader to determine which option may align best based on several factors.
