We are seeking Software Engineers of all levels with Front End development experience. The position requires a self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills. The right person will work closely with the customer to gather requirements for the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of web applications.

A day in the life:

• Will work in a fast paced, small business environment, maintaining and updating the front end applications for our Big Data Platform (BDP) tools.
• Assist with the creation, enhancement, and maintenance of web applications
• JavaScript / CSS / HTML coding and code review
• Troubleshoot customer reported issues in applications and providing support
• Write unit tests and conduct quality assurance testing

What we are expecting from you:

• A current security clearance is not required on day one, but will be processed for a clearance and therefore all candidates must be a U.S. Citizen. Can hold a Secret and Top Secret level security clearance.
• B.S. Degree in Computer Science or related field. Educational requirements may be adjusted for applicable work experience. Work experience may be adjusted for highly specialized knowledge or uniquely applicable experience.
• At least 10 years of experience with JavaScript and one or more web application frameworks (ie: Vue / React / Angular / Backbone) or similar demonstrated competency
• Familiarity with Git or other version control software
• Comfortable working on a *nix command line
• Self-motivation; Ability to multi-task and prioritize open issues / tickets accordingly
• Problem solving skills and ability to review information and compile data appropriately as needed
