Enfusion has an immediate opening for a Software Engineer in our downtown Chicago office. We are looking for enthusiastic problem-solvers with experience in multi-threaded front-end java development with experience or interest in trading and financial services to join us as we continue providing technology innovation and support to the global investment management industry. In this role, you will be responsible for working on the front end of our best in class real time trading and portfolio management platform.

Who We Need
- Degree in Computer Science or something complementary
- 2 or more year of experience in Java Front-End Development
- Knowledge of Design Patterns.
- In depth understanding of concurrent programming and design.
- Experienced with is a plus:
- Swing or FX
- JGoodies
- Jide
- Wireframing and prototypes
- Charting and Graphing frameworks
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Superb communication skills
- Experience with trading applications and a curiosity to learn finance
- Comfortable in a fast paced environment, and willingness to do off-hour supports.
- Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Ability to quickly prototype screens and take functionality from conception to production
