Role Expectations:

As a Frontend Architect you will be accountable for creating, maintaining, and evangelizing best practices for front-end development and architecture for the company's product platform. You will be accountable to lead the building and continual extension of the company design system and ensuring it is leveraged to scale best practices in usability.

You will connect visual design, user experience, and development to deliver a product platform that is modern, standards-compliant and with a consistent look and feel across the platform.

You enjoy leading others and collaborating across functional teams. You bring fresh ideas to the table and you adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions. You are passionate about what you do and are not afraid to take well-calculated risks and be held accountable for the outcome. Required Skills:

• Experience with .NET or .NET Core, Vue.js and Javascript FW
• Comfort with bootstrap, CSS or similar
• Background and natural curiosity to provide leadership and deep expertise on the constantly growing and changing landscape of javascript libraries, style tools, and open source tools that drive user experience, influencing adoption within the broader R&D organization
• Ability to lead the practice for front end development across product management, architecture, software engineering, and quality engineering, resulting in continuous growth of capability and enthusiasm for great front-end execution
• Demonstrated ability to manage expectations of customers, colleagues, stakeholders and executives
• Clear and confident communication skills
• Ability to architect, develop and test for cross-browser and cross-platform applications with minimal complexity
• Skill with translating wireframes into functional requirements and writing well-abstracted, reusable, high-performance code for UI components
