Here's what you'll get to do:

*Lead a team of engineers to deliver product features and solutions for internal teams

*Mentor and coach a strong team of engineers

*Work closely with other teams across the organization

*Use your technical expertise to level up and raise the bar across the engineering team

*Make technical decisions and collaborate with tech leads on design and architectureHire engineers and grow the team 

What we're looking for:

*1+ years of experience as a people manager

*7+ years of industry experience

*Experience with developing web applications, APIs, modern web stacksA desire to coach and level up the engineering organization

*Excellent written and verbal communication skills

*Experience working in an agile environment

*Ability to work cross functionally with product managers and designers

*Strong organizational skills, including work estimation, risk management, prioritization, roadmap planning, and decision making

Nice to have:

*BS/MS in Computer Science or related technical field

*Experience with Typescript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, AWS

*Experience building internal applications

*Knowledge of the esports industry
