Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of hands-on technical leadership and people management experience.
• Hands-on programming experience in one of the following: Java, C or Python.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or a related degree.
• 10 years of relevant industry experience, with 5 years of technical leadership and people management experience (i.e. managing teams developers).
• Experience with large-scale systems design.
