Engineering Manager - Client Engagement


The Stitch Fix Client Engagement Engineering team is looking for an engineering manager to lead a team of bright, kind individuals motivated by the challenges of our current business as well as the lofty goals we’ve set for the future of the company. We deliver the experiences that build interest, excitement, and trust with clients as they shop and explore their personal style.

  • You have 3+ years of leading and managing high-performance engineering teams.
  • You have a background in working or leading customer-facing applications. 
  • You have experience running teams in an Agile environment.
  • You have experience managing remote teams.
  • You have a passion for mentoring and coaching new and experienced engineers.
  • You have a track record of delivering features and functionality on time with high quality.
  • You have excellent multimodal communication skills.
