As Director, Partner & Developer Products, you will lead the product portfolio that brings Tealium to life through real-time connections with our partners via integrations, connectors, tags, and more. You will also define and lead our products that assist developers in building applications on top of the Tealium platform. This high-impact, high-visibility role will help shape the future of Tealium. You will be managing a group of product managers, collaborating with the engineering, design, sales, marketing, and support organizations, and managing the product roadmap and deliverables. We use the Working Backwards approach to deliver product value, emphasizing up-front research, collaboration, and decision-making. This senior position will require cross-company listening, feedback, prioritization, and communication. Extensive technical engagement with partners and developers is expected. This position reports to the SVP Product.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

  • -Work with our internal stakeholders to understand needs that improve product plans, as well as field-facing teams to communicate product vision, values, and roadmap
  • Drive increased customer value through a relentless focus on personas and jobs to be done, and detailed attention to metrics behind the value
  • Improve processes around the end-to-end product experience, from user interviews and road mapping, stories and backlog grooming, to go-to-market readiness
  • Attract and grow a team of stellar product managers
  • Represent the partner and developer products portfolio to the rest of the company

WHAT YOU BRING TO TEALIUM

  • You are a storyteller
  • You sweat the details: can ask the hard questions and get to the issues and reasoning behind the answers
  • You love to be at the intersection of technology and business, of vision and execution, of left-brain analysis with right-brain creativity
  • You have strong management skills
  • Previous product leadership roles in a commercial SaaS company is mandatory
  • Experience in big data and analytics is preferred
  • Previous MarTech/AdTech experience and its privacy implications is preferred
  • Demonstrated success with Product-Led Growth is a plus
  • BS or equivalent in a technical field
