We are looking for an experienced mobile engineer who can innovate and develop great unified communication applications that change the way millions of users work and communicate.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical vision and strategy for the team; design and lead a multi-year technical roadmap, balancing short- and long-term technology investments.
Partner closely with Product Management, UX, and other Engineering teams to create, drive, and deliver user-delight and high-quality applications on mobile and desktop.
Build and lead an outstanding engineering team to innovate, implement, and deploy unified communication applications.
Unlock roadblocks in execution and cultivate collaboration with other teams to drive end-to-end solutions.
Develop and grow talent through effective mentoring, coaching, succession planning and retention strategies for key talents.
Build and evolve engineering infrastructure and modern CI/CD pipelines to enable agile and high-speed development and release cycles.
Proactively manage application quality and support customer issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of professional experience in software engineering management.
Experience creating roadmaps for execution (e.g. projection of timelines and engineering resources).
Experience as a technical leader working across multiple teams of engineers concurrently partnering on development initiatives.
Broad technical experience and domain knowledge in UCaaS applications development
Ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and understand complex interdependencies of a complex technical environment.
Entrepreneurial and strategic mindset, thriving at the intersection of technology and business.
Extensive experience with agile development cycle and CI/CD
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
