Infosys is seeking a Digital Test Lead,

As a QA Test Lead, you will act as a validation and quality assurance expert and review the functionality of existing systems. You will conduct requirement analysis, define test strategy & design and lead execution to guarantee superior outcomes. You will also be required to design an optimal test environment to simulate real-time scenarios. Required Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.• At least 4 years of Information Technology experience.• U.S. citizens and those authorized to work in the U.S. are encouraged to apply. We are unable to sponsor at this time.• Candidate must be located within commuting distance of anywhere in US or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US and Canada• 4 years of experience in Digital Testing• Experience with Testing strategies and Test Execution• Knowledge and experience with full SDLC lifecycle• Experience with Lean / Agile development methodologies

Preferred Qualifications:
• Cross browser testing• Mobile cloud platform - SauceLabs• Facets Data model, Facets and other system integrations to be able to perform E2E system integration testing.
basic knowledge on various Lines of Business such as Medicare, Medicaid, FEP, CalPERS, MedSupp etc.• Test Management tools - Jira, X-Ray• Print vendors - Broadridge and/or smartcomm• Review requirement documents, System Use Case documents, Functional and technical design specification documents• Create Test Plan and test strategy documents and conduct walkthroughs with Business, IT teams, Third party vendors and Project stakeholders.• Communicate testing status and risk mitigation plans to project leadership and stakeholders.
Agile projects: Actively participate in functional story grooming, agile ceremonies (i.e., daily standup, sprint planning, retrospectives, & demos) and work with Product Manager, Scrum Master, Business Product Owner, and IT teams.• Develop testing schedule based on the release timelines, escalate any impacts to testing timelines to Project leadership in order to ensure timely delivery to production as per the Release schedule.• Identify test scenarios and cases based off the requirement (waterfall) or Acceptance criteria from User stories (Agile) and perform test execution via. Manual or automation scripts and document test results in Test Management tools such as Jira, X-ray, ALM etc.• Log bugs or defects for failed test cases and maintain them in a defect tracking tool (Eg: Jira) and track them to closure.• Support development and implementation of quality assurance standards, processes, and procedures based upon applicable SDLC methodology (Waterfall, Agile etc.)• Support all different testing types on Facets application such as Smoke Testing, Functional testing, System Integration testing, Regression testing, UAT, Trading Partner testing, API/webservices testing• Contribute to Automation feasibility analysis, script design, development, and execution.• Responsible for End-to-End application testing with Facets and its surrounding systems and understanding of complex databases of all the core systems.• Work with cross-functional teams of quality engineers to develop creative and Innovative automated testing solutions and to ensure no cross-functional impacts due to project requirements.• Coordinate and manage testing efforts between internal IT teams, third party vendors, and Business.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
