Lead a team of front end developers in designing, building and implementing A/B and multivariant tests to determine the most effective user experience. Primary lead over a critical and highly visible test-and-learn channel for the business. Properly analyze Test and Target requests, ensuring Internet & Mobile intent is clearly articulated and campaign goals align with overall I&M global objectives. Provide subject matter expertise in areas of JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, CSS/HTML, CSS3, DOM, including metrics capturing and securing business objectives. Conduct best practices and solutions that integrate with the client's current online infrastructure including web, mobile and any third party advertising efforts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead campaign creation though Adobe target. This includes providing feasibility assessments, suggesting alternatives for test execution, setting up audiences and, metrics setup to meet the business test goals and objectives
  • Setup campaigns so they can be tracked in both Site catalyst as well as Adobe Target
  • Manage a team of T&T developers, ensuring communication and expectations of the business needs are met in execution. Lead the development team in various programming activities such as front end coding in HTML, HMTL5, CSS, JavaScript, DDL JSP, jQuery, and Adobe console.
  • Lead CCSID personalization for Target marketing.
  • In depth understanding of the Ensighten tagging system. Ensure pages required to run in-market testing are properly tagged and the correct parameters are passed through the Citi data later and cookies.
  • Prioritize test queue and work with test requestors to determine target launch date and pending documentation needed
  • Have the ability to tweak test designs if two or more experiences are doing equally well and determining the winner is not certain
  • Promote and streamline testing culture by communicating test growth and facilitating presentations to new testing teams
  • Monitor the T&T campaigns ensuring success metrics are setup correctly and captured.
  • Consult and engage cross-functional teams both internal and external; QA/VA, Marketing, Production, Analytics and Agency appropriately in every step of the process to come up with strategy and implement the test in a timely manner
  • Personalize content and increase relevance at customer touch points on the websites and across online channels
  • Creating an audience which customers will be part of the test, and who to exclude. Creating the audience needs complete understanding of different type of Citi customers and features that related to each of them.
  • Identify when tests have reached statistical significance and be able to read the data generated and identify the winning experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Angular structure, personalization, and Adobe Target tool.
  • Remain extensively knowledgeable in development advancements and best coding practices, and then proactively apply that knowledge to business objectives.
  • Responsible for understanding the financial industry and business products and services, including business rules and use cases, specifically Citi products and services.
  • Remain abreast of latest trends in the internet and mobile channels including; customer usability and innovative vendor solutions.



JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Minimum 3 years directly related technical experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years development experience on Citi websites.
  • Minimum 1 year of Adobe (or similar A/B campaign tool) Target experience.
  • Expert in web development languages/tools (JavaScript, jQuery, Ajax, CSS/HTML, CSS3, DOM, Web services/APIs, browser compatibility issues and solutions).
  • Experience with current W3C recommendations and their availability in common browsers.
  • Proficient with dynamic web development, personalization, web analytics, website optimization
  • Project Management skills is required with the excellent English communication/presentation skills, both oral and written.
  • Ability to develop creative solutions to problems.
  • Exceptional analytical skills to take in a high volume of information across various groups.
  • Ability to objectively process the information and quickly produce implementation and prioritization strategies that will best serve current and future business objectives (local and global).
  • Background in the strategy, user experience, information architecture and/or financial services fields are a plus.
  • Ability to work in a process and deadline driven environment with strong attention to detail.
