Job Description:
Position Summary
The Cyber Security Architect is responsible for defining an architectural vision and solution architecture for the defined domain (Business, Application, Data and Technology) which aligns with the enterprise architecture strategy, technology and platform choices. Key responsibilities include describing the solution intent/associated operating environment, evaluating system impacts, determining the primary systems/subsystems and their interfaces, assisting with end-to-end solution design where needed, defining non- functional requirements/architectural runway to support new epics/features. This role ensures the solution is fit for purpose and use by working with stakeholders, vendors/service providers, and evaluating the impact of strategic design decisions.t
Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in the following:
• Solutions architect; responsible for alignment of perimeter security architecture and design standards with business strategy, service delivery, and client and vendor relationships
• Ability to lead/manage and cross-functional teams required to deliver large programs/initiatives
• Architecture and Engineering governance; responsible for making sure new designs meet existing standards
• Developing/maintaining technology/product roadmaps, next generation strategies/deployment models, and financial planning
• Marketing and strong presentation skills, capable of evangilizing the teams vision/direction, and ensuring it is aligned with our partners/customers requirements
• Meeting with vendors/partners to keep abreast of new/emerging security technologies, products and services
• Experience with virtual network and security constructs of at least one Cloud Service Provider (AWS/Azure/Google)

Desired Skills

• Experience with Agile methodologies and processes (Scrum teams, CI/CD, Jira, Bitbucket)

Pay and benefits information
New York City pay range:
$83,800 - $157,400 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
