Sales CRM & DCS Technology is a team that supports the global Sales & Research and Client Services organization using CRM, digital workflow and MIS tools across the Investment Bank. This involves leveraging a wide range of tools that will help sales make decision efficiently, while collecting valuable client intelligence data points (trade, revenue, deal, profitability, clients, contacts, etc.). We are a global team with over 60 team members across Americas, EMEA, and APAC regions. CRM Technology is part of the larger Sales & Research Technology organization. Our user base is roughly 4,500 staff globally.

The Sales CRM & DCS Technology Associate will work as an cloud developer with a fast-paced, high-energy diversified team.
This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines
  • Understanding of architecture and design across all systems
  • Working proficiency in developmental toolsets
  • Knowledge of industry-wide technology trends and best practices
  • Ability to work in large, collaborative teams to achieve organizational goals
  • Passionate about building an innovative culture
  • Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages
  • Understanding of software skills such as business analysis, development, maintenance, and software improvement
  • Design, analyze, develop, code, test, debug and document in solving business problems for one or more business areas
  • Provide technical guidance for cloud implementation of software system
  • Ensure adherence to standards, risk management and security policies
  • Identify efficiencies and ways to improve design and development processes
  • Review business requirements/functional specifications requirements and provide oversight and guidance on proposed technology solutions
  • Establish and maintain a strong working relationship with all businesses across Technology and among technology team members.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals at all levels
  • Work effectively within collaborative team to identify and resolve issues


Qualifications:

  • Strong cloud developer. AWS Certification highly preferred
  • Demonstrated experience in information technology with an emphasis on application development, demonstrated experience with applications development throughout the entire development lifecycle
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and manage many priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication as well as strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to absorb problems & present creative solutions within required timeframes
  • Must be able to demonstrate significant relevant work experience, or had experience of several major technology implementation projects
  • Demonstrated experience working with, and across, multiple teams in a global organization
  • Be self-driven, ability to work independently or with multiple team


Essential Skills:

  • Hands on experience in AWS such as Elastic Search, EC2, Lambda, RDS and SQS(Simple Queue Service)
  • Hands on experience in Java 8 or Java Script or any other object oriented technologies
  • Migrating from On-Premise Infrastructure to AWS Cloud, configuring the Continuous Integration and Deployment(CI/CD) of the code on to AWS
  • Configured various performance metrics using AWS CloudWatch
  • Solid understanding of enterprise application architecture
  • Design and develop the core services ensuring strong reliability, scalability and performance


Preferred Skills:

  • H ands on experience in J2EE and Spring Boot
  • Experience with Oracle DB, SQL/Stored procedures and performance tuning will be plus
  • Knowledge of Financial services
