We are recruiting for a remote, BI Developer/Tester.

As a BI DeveloperTester on the Reporting & Business Intelligence team, you will work side by side with product managers, designers, and developers to deliver a customer-focused platform for our customer-facing reporting, in a highly agile and iterative environment. You will be primarily responsible for designing, developing and supporting new and existing Business Intelligence (BI) solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Develop data warehouse and Business Intelligence applications including developing data models, data marts, and ETL processes in large-scale enterprise environments

Execute full business intelligence life cycle including analysis, design, ETL development, dimensional modeling, testing, reporting, and dashboard creation.

Partner closely with business analysts in understanding and translating business requirements into stories, tasks, and subtasks in support of delivering consumable value to our business partners in an Agile manner.

Support by fixing incidents and enhance the business solutions that are developed based on the functional and strategic requirements.

Write SQL codes to analyze various data scenarios, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis.

Skills You'll Bring

Bachelor's Degree in Computer related discipline.

5+ years of experience with detailed knowledge of data warehouse technical architectures, data modeling, infrastructure components, ETL and reporting/analytic tools and environments, data structures and hands-on SQL coding.

5+ years of experience with Data Transformation Tools (ODI, GoldenGate) and Business Intelligence Tools (MicroStrategy, OBIEE)

Deep understanding of database fundamentals, including relational database design, multidimensional database design, OLTP, and OLAP

Solid fundamentals in the areas of complex SQL, performance tuning, modern data storage architecture, data analytics and reporting tools

Excellent TSQL database coding skills to include stored procedures, functions, tables, views, triggers and synonym creation.
