• Expertise/experience in multiple programming languages (C#, Java, JS) 
•  Experience in object oriented programming, design patterns, and architecture, Micro Services and other types of system architectures 
• Ability to Code and write scripts at the database level 
• Experience with Automation framework implementation o Strong understanding of automation testing strategies, best practices, and processes 
• Experience with pipelines (Jenkins, AzureDevOps) 
• Experience with data base (Oracle, SQL) 
• Experience in Agile methodologies 
• Experience with creating and implementing automation strategy and roadmaps 
• Microservices, Cloud concepts o Can implement automation assist tools o Strong communication skills (Ability to lead and communicate with diverse group) 
• Thought leadership skills in QE, Automation

Ideally, you have: 

• Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Physics or Mathematics (Graduate Degree always is a plus)
• 10 years experience in Quality Engineering
• An Agile mindset with experience working in Agile environment
• A spirit of collaboration and transparent communication
• A natural curiosity for new scripting languages , frameworks and technologies 
• High personal code/development standards (peer testing, unit testing, documentation, etc)
