Job Description

 

What you get to do in this role:

  • Learn how we at ServiceNow IT partner with our business functions in building and supporting applications that help transform the company.
  • Learn basics of ServiceNow Platform and Microsoft Dynamics and related cloud application ecosystems.
  • Perform D365 and Azure administration activities such as managing Integrations and system level configurations.
  • Configure, maintain and deploy CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and CPQ (Configure Price and Quote) systems which will be heavily used by the company’s workforce .
  • Build and manage Azure Devops pipelines to package, test and deploy D365 solutions.
  • Develop scripts to automate IT and business processes.
  • Work with extended teams to manage systems and infrastructure required for ongoing development and releases.
  • Perform data and system analysis to support production applications.
  • Create, review and manage technical documentation and KBs around best practices for CI/CD, deployment documents and release notes.

 

Qualifications

 

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related area
  • Experience with debugging and testing software through a CI lifecycle
  • Experience programming in one of the following – Java, Javascript, C#, .NET
  • Experience with Microsoft technologies such as Power Automate Platform, Dynamics 365
  • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and Oracle
  • Some working knowledge and ability to use tools to assist with daily tasks (IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, system administration tools)

Work Personas

Work personas are categories that are assigned to employees depending on the nature of their work. Employees will fall into one of three categories: Remote, Flexible or Required in Office.

Required in Office

A required in office work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office. This persona is required to work from their assigned workplace location 100% of the work week based on the business needs of their role.

Flexible

A flexible work persona is defined as an employee who is contracted to work from or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office and will work from their assigned workplace location roughly 3 days/week or less (generally around 40-60% of the work week). Flexible employees may choose to work the remaining working time from their workplace location or home. Flexible employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.

Remote

A remote work persona is defined as an employee who performs their responsibilities exclusively outside of a ServiceNow workplace and is not contracted or aligned to a ServiceNow-affiliated office, including those whose place of work (pursuant to their terms and conditions of employment) is their home. Remote employees are required to work within their state, province, region, or country of employment.
