The Engineering Team
Our engineers are fueled by a passion to impact the future of mobility. They push the boundaries of telematics and transportation tech by creating and supporting cutting-edge products. The Engineer is responsible for learning an Advertising Platform from ground up so that it can be maintained and supported by the team. The expectation is that the information gathered will be used to build Subject Matter Expertise for ongoing development as well as documenting and share that knowledge with additional resources as they onboarded in the future. The Platform is AWS centric using Lambda functions, Aurora, and Dynamo Databases, and written in the C# programming language.

Key Responsibilities:

 Responsibilities
• Collaborates with other Engineers, IT Architects, and business clients to ensure complete understanding of the platforms technical and business functionality. 
• Participates in daily site, cross-site, and product team ceremonies associated with scrum principals.
• Establish continuous integration, continuous delivery, and continuous deployment pipelines and practices
• Designs, develops, and tests components of the Advertising platform including, services, user interfaces and integration components.
• Test, debug, and analyze performance, and document hardware and software technology components.
• Ensure that plans integrate effectively with other components accounting for compliance and security standards.
• Rotates into production support of applications which could include off-hours support.
• Participated in knowledge sharing, and contributes to the overall growth of the collective knowledge of the team.
• Participate in shaping the architecture and design of the products being built; actively help the team in choosing the right technology, and solving technical problems


Qualifications:

• 3+ years’ experience with C# and python coding and testing.
• Strong understanding of computer science concepts, object oriented design principles and implementing products at scale.
• Experience in Test Driven Development; including knowledge and experience in testing frameworks (such as MSTest, NUnit, xUnit.net, junit, mockito, jasmine, protractor, cucumber, and other like technologies)
• Experience with AWS components such as API Gateway, Lambda, Kinesis Firehose, Athena, as well as Aurora and Dynamo Database technologies.
• Clear understanding of cloud services, deployment models, and distributed systems
• Understanding of distributed systems, operating systems, networking, databases, security, and analytics
• Proficient in Spanish and English (both verbal and written) is a plus

Pay Range for this role is between - $67,300 - $115,000
