WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON

As the Resware API lead, you will be the face for the Resware API internally and externally for Qualia. You will work with customers, partners, and internal employees to explain how to use Resware’s API.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support new partners integrating with the Resware API
• Support existing partners using the Resware API
• Support internal employees helping customers with the API
• Maintain sample API code
• Maintain API documentation
• Setup new integrations in Resware on internal servers
• Collaborate with engineering and product manager on additional API features
• Promotes the image of the company by conducting yourself in a professional manner
