Introduction
As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

Your Role and Responsibilities
This role will serve as AI Developer for NLP and OCR models.

Responsibilities will include:

• HyperScience consultant leads the design, development and deployment of solutions to extract data from images of documents.
• Will assist other development team members to integrate data extraction operations with the overall automation solution.
• The consultant will identify the kinds of extractions needed (context, sentiment, etc) to satisfy client requirements for a wide range of data complexity.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• At least 2+ years of experience demonstrated experience designing, developing and deploying solutions to extract data from images of documents using techniques such as Optical Character Recognition, Intelligent Character Recognition, Intelligent Form Recognition, etc.
• At least 2+ years of experience with broad-based general technology ecosystem and industry understanding
• At least 2+years of experience or familiarity with AI/automation and emerging technologies/techniques
• At least 2+years of experience utilizing strong problem-solving and systems thinking abilities
• At least 2+years of experience working independently as well as in a highly collaborative, team-based environment
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to exercise mature judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree
