What this job involves:

• 擔任駐點廠務 統整廠務團隊負責駐點廠務及辦公室機電設施管理
• 訓練中心及總部廠務系統管理包括HVAC 、電力、PCW、消防等
• 台中以北辦公室機電設備廠商管理及巡檢查核
• 廠務供應/施工商尋找及報價整合
• 廠務設備效能評估及辦理改善或設備汰換提案
• 廠務修繕或設備汰換專案進度控管及界面協調
• 找出廠務管理現場問題，改善排除，並提出預防對策之能力

Interested?  An ideal candidate would need to have the following qualifications

• 具備二年以上辦公室機電或空調及消防等多領域維運經驗
• 一年以上無塵室廠務設備維護經驗尤佳
• 有責任心、工作及服務熱誠、能與團隊共同合作、抗壓性強
• 基本電腦操作及簡報能力
• 具備英文說聽寫基礎能力，多益成績500分以上
