About the Job Opportunity
We are looking for a fresher/experienced civil person who can take up site execution in the residential segment with a focus on quality, cost control, and delivery schedule.
A go getter, who is ethical, organized, has high ownership and never give up attitude will be responsible for timely delivery of the project along with maintaining quality standards.
Location - Bhiwadi
The profile is primarily divided in three phases.
Phase 1- Trainee Engineer (6-9 months)
The candidate to get on job training for all the execution related tasks in a running project. He/she will be on live projects with full responsibility on rotational basis on different aspects of construction including structure work, finishing, scheduling, BOQ, billing, site infrastructure, Quality. An the end of tenure will be given a certificate of completion of the Trainee Engineer program along with the performance in respective jobs.
Phase 2- Assistant Engineer (1 Year)
The candidate to be assigned a tower/cluster and the progress and construction of the tower and would be responsible for the overall progress of the tower. The performance to be measured in terms of the cost, speed and quality of the work executed, the quality of the records, reports and reconciliations maintained and grooming of the overall team of labour, supervisors and contractors, waste control.
Phase 3- Site Engineer
The candidate is responsible for running the construction work and troubleshooting on site on a day to day basis. This would include setting up the team targets, managing productivity, scheduling of the project, cost and quantity control, quality control, engagement with the consultants and contractors.
Key Skills Needed
- Must be a strong communicator and leader and able to manage team at the site.
- Should have working knowledge of MS Excel, AutoCAD, MS Project
- Should have sound knowledge of IS codes
CTC
- Upto Rs. 4 lacs per year (based on the calibre of the candidate)
