About Us

At Klynk, we're building the future of cooking. From fully automatic rice-and-curry makers to intelligent induction cooktops, we combine engineering, design, and AI to revolutionize kitchens — both at home and in commercial spaces.

As we move from R&D to manufacturing, we're looking for a SCM Engineer to help bridge design, supply chain, and execution for our next-generation smart kitchen products.

What You’ll Do
  • Own mechanical sourcing across all product development stages — from early R&D to scalable manufacturing.

  • Work closely with product design, mechanical, embedded, and manufacturing teams to align sourcing strategies with product goals.

  • Identify and qualify domestic and international vendors, lead commercial negotiations, and build strong supplier relationships.

  • Handle BoM (Bill of Materials) costing, manage cost-down initiatives, and drive component-level sourcing optimization.

  • Source a variety of components including:

    • Plastics & sheet metal parts

    • Bought-out parts like motors, heaters, sensors, tubes, valves, and instrumentation

  • Coordinate prototype part sourcing and production-ready component procurement with agility and speed.

  • Support processes related to quality control and logistics in collaboration with internal team members.

  • Maintain and enhance sourcing workflows using our Zoho-based internal systems.

Requirements
  • 1–2 years experience in hardware sourcing, procurement, or supply chain (preferably in startup or new product environments).

  • Understanding of global and Indian supplier ecosystems for mechanical and electromechanical components.

  • Effective communicator who can confidently coordinate with engineers, designers, and leadership.

  • Track record of driving vendor onboarding, cost negotiation, and part qualification.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Familiarity with electronics sourcing (PCBs, connectors, sensors, etc.)

  • Exposure to quality inspections, logistics, or CAD drawings (not mandatory)

  • Experience with Zoho tools or other procurement/SRM platforms

Benefits
  • The opportunity to shape intelligent, human-centric products from the ground up

  • A collaborative and dynamic work culture that values deep work and innovation

  • Ownership and autonomy to bring your ideas to life

  • A team that pushes boundaries, iterates fast, and builds with purpose

  • Build with a mission-driven team focused on solving real-world kitchen challenges using smart, sustainable tech.

  • Be part of a core hardware team bringing cutting-edge cooking appliances to market.
