Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes.
- Prompt action to support all customer feedback and quality issues.
- Drive “Zero Defect” mentality within the supply base.
- Strategically lead Kaizen projects in an effort to achieve ZERO DEFECT MANUFACTURING.
- Improve manufacturing quality through early engagement, follow up and ensure quality during NPI.
- Work with Supply Chain to ensure supplier performance is regularly reported and that appropriate and timely corrective actions are implemented.
- Conduct manufacturing audits to drive process standardization, ensure all implemented actions be in place, find out defect possibility for improvement.
- Monitor, communicate and improve key manufacturing quality KPI.
- Establish specific short / long term manufacturing quality goals.
- Facilitate problem solving and root cause analysis activities with team to eliminate recurrence of non‐conformances, focus on 8D closure to ensure root cause CAPA have been properly addressed including best practice sharing. Drive to close CAPA within timeline.
- Coordinate and work with team to review control plan, PFMEA, WI, and all quality concerned documents.
- Lead/ participate KAIZEN for continuous improvement.

- Excellent multi-tasks skill and can manage job priority well.
- Highly energetic and Enthusiastic person, Proactive and Preventive approach, Strong analytical and Problem-solving skills. Independent and being able to face the constantly changing internal and external challenges; nevertheless, a supportive skill as a team player is a must.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills, leadership skill and building trusted relationships.
- Customers service mindset and open mindset to support team.
- Create/ review inspection specification/WI/procedure concerned product specifications.
- Good quality awareness and lead/work with team to conduct quality awareness in production line.
