• Collaborate with business unit stakeholders to define and shape new product features and specifications.
• Develop evaluation systems, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and demos aligned with strategic automotive applications.
• Customize and enhance software stacks, device drivers, and application code to meet customer-specific requirements.
• Create tools and utilities to streamline the customer design-in process.
• Engage directly with customers to understand technical challenges and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Author technical articles, white papers, and training materials for internal teams and external customers.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering.
• 6–8 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in automotive systems and applications.
• Strong proficiency in C programming and embedded systems development.
• Proven experience in device driver development for industry-standard protocols such as SPI, UART, I2C, I2S, CAN, and Ethernet.
• Solid understanding of electronics fundamentals and the ability to debug both hardware and software issues.
• Familiarity with Functional Safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a collaborative team player.
