Responsible for product characterization, yield improvement, reliability assurance, and continuous performance optimization from new product introduction (NPI) through mass production.
Act as the technical bridge between design, test, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure seamless and robust product release, with a focus on manufacturability, reliability, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new product introduction (NPI) for uModule power products, from design validation through volume ramp.
- Serve as the overall owner for new product characterization, including test parameter analysis across all operating conditions, temperature correlation, and yield analysis.
- Collaborate closely with test engineers and design engineers on test failure analysis, limit setting, and establishing guardbands for QC and datasheet specifications.
- Collaborate with reliability engineers to support reliability testing, including Burn-in and HAST. Work with FA engineer to determine root cause should there be failures.
- Understand the interaction between test software, hardware, and the product under test. Format, analyze, and draw valid conclusions from data.
