JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Engineer I’s primary responsibilities will include:
- Respond or perform duties of a groundskeeper, handle and double check guest requests in a courteous, efficient, safe manner.
- Complete work order request forms on a daily and timely basis.
- Perform duties of helper or as assigned.
- Report any unsafe conditions to the Director of Engineering.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITY
- Must have basic knowledge of building mechanical systems and controls, energy management and building maintenance skills.
- May require ability to drive pick-up truck and snow removal equipment.
- The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities are required.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Education –High school diploma required.
- Experience – Six months experience in related field preferred.
