  • Manage Lot On hold, perform risk assessment, initiate root cause investigation and provide on-time disposition.
  • Initiate continuous improvement which includes Process standardization, Process simplification, cost savings projects
  • Involved in Site transfers activities, New tester/ probers qualification
  • Initiate problem solving and trouble-shooting on Trim  processes as to reduce production related problems and delays
  • Owner of operating procedure documentation are in-place, up to date and ensure line compliance.
  • Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirement.
  • Liaise with cross functional teams (Product Engineers, Test Engineers, Maintenance, Planning, QA, Facility) to ensure all processes and procedures for Trim & Probe is documented and executed.

Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in EE/ Mechanical/ Mechatronics / Material Science or equivalent experience.
  • Preferably 1 year working experiences in high volume semiconductor environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Trim and Probe/ wafer sort or Final test exposure will be added advantage
  • Exposure to NPI or New product/ Process/ equipment qualifications process
  • Able to work with all levels of people with good English written and communication skill.
