Test Product Engineer

Job Description

  • Support and manage production line activities to ensure smooth operation.
  • Perform and support product transfer and release to mass production.
  • Manage hardware-related activities, including repair, firmware revision, preventive maintenance, and sustaining.
  • Debug and troubleshoot Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) to support production release and resolve issues.
  • Investigate root causes of QA failures and drive solutions to meet weekly throughput targets.
  • Drive yield improvement and productivity enhancement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Business Units (BU) to analyze low-yield issues and implement product improvement solutions.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to technicians in completing their tasks.
