Build and maintain software, automation, and reusable capabilities that help engineering teams operate enterprise services safely and consistently. With guidance, contribute to the design, development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management of tools related to observability, incident response, service health, resilience, and operational readiness. Learn to use service-level indicators and objectives, logs, metrics, traces, and alerts to understand system behavior and identify improvements. Participate in code reviews, design discussions, debugging, and structured problem solving. Help automate repetitive operational work, improve monitoring and alert quality, and support capacity, performance, and availability analysis. Participate in incident response, post-incident learning, disaster recovery exercises, and follow-up work that prevents recurrence. Create clear documentation, runbooks, standards, and examples that help product teams adopt reliability practices.
