At Accelleron, we lead the digital transformation in the marine and energy industries by developing solutions aimed at improving energy efficiency and sustainability. Our products provide our customers actionable advice on how to optimize their vessels/plants, engines and turbochargers based on continuous measurement data provided by the customer.
As a member of the Digital division, you will be responsible for assisting our customers during the assessment of data requirements and setting up and operating our data systems to ingress our customer’s data.
Your responsibilities:

Support customers during data feasibility assessments for Accelleron’s Digital products

Manage and support customer data onboarding processes

Setup, validate, and troubleshoot data ingress configurations

Monitor, diagnose and resolve data availability and quality issues

Setup and verify product specific configurations
-
Collaborate closely with our developers to continuously improve our data ingress pipelines and processes
Your background:
-
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or related field OR equivalent technical training/certifications with relevant software support/operations experience

Marine or energy industry background preferred

Technical or operations support experience
-
Experience with data pipelines/integration systems
-
Basic knowledge of data formats (CSV, JSON, XML) and protocols

Familiarity with version control (Git) and ticketing systems (Azure DevOps)

Strong English communication skills; ability to liaise with technical/non-technical stakeholders

Detail-oriented, structured approach to troubleshooting/documentation
