As an Application Engineer I here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in supporting our customers by providing technical expertise and solutions tailored to their needs. You will work closely with sales, product development, and customers to ensure successful application and integration of Honeywell products and technologies.
You will report directly to our Manager and you’ll work out of our Barueri, São Paulo location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact customer satisfaction and business growth by delivering effective technical support and innovative solutions that meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities- Provide technical support and application expertise to customers and internal teams.
- Collaborate with sales and product development teams to tailor solutions to customer needs.
- Assist in product demonstrations, training, and troubleshooting to ensure successful product integration.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with engineering firms to drive project design and product specifications during the early stages of project development.
You Must Have
- Proven experience in application engineering or a related technical support role.
- Strong knowledge of product applications and customer requirements in the relevant industry.
- Proficiency with technical tools and software relevant to product application and support.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective technical solutions.
- Upper intermediate/C1 or C2 in English and Spanish.
- Experience with technical support/pre sales in the fire detection industry.
