What you’ll do
• Work on qualified sales opportunities to respond to customer requirements and build
contextualized responses.
• Work closely with Solution Consultants and Sales to scope and identify technology
fitment and map to customer asks.
• Manage the proposal plan from initiation to submission.
• Be a SME of a solution area and coordinate all efforts to maintain content repository in
RFPIO.
• Work proactively to find and solve problems within and outside of day-to-day
responsibilities capable of approaching issues with optimism.
• Articulate the complete marketing message of Adobe DX solutions in terms a customer
can understand, tailored to a customer's specific needs.
• Work collaboratively with team and stakeholders to gain early support for future
requirements/services.
• Bring helpful new ideas to the table to expand proposal team services and deliverables.
• Effectively and accurately scope the work and estimate efforts required.
• Contribute to content for internal knowledge management and acceleration tools.
• Hold required proposal cadence including kick-off and debrief meetings.
• Proactively prepare action items prior to kick-off and other calls to achieve meeting
objectives.
• Deliver accurate content in an established timeline.
What you need to succeed
• 5-8 years of strong work experience in technical presales
• Prior experience and in-depth knowledge of SaaS products in one or more of the
following areas: Customer Data Platform, Marketing Automation
• Advantageous to have technical knowledge in Adobe products such as RT-CDP, Adobe
Journey Optimizer, Marketo or Customer Journey Analytics preferred.
• Strong understanding of Customer Data and MarTech ecosystem and integrations
• Ability to understand the challenges faced by customer in envisioning their customer
journey and propose relevant solutions.
• Project management skills in delivering on-time solutions that routinely exceed
customer needs.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills including conducting research,
developing hypotheses, and synthesizing recommendations.
• A creative self-starter mindset and ability to work independently in a fast-paced
environment.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
• Strong executive presence
• Skilled in word processing and graphic programs (Office Suite, Adobe XD, Photoshop,
etc.)
• Strong time management / prioritization skills.
• Strong presentation skills, communication, writing and documentation skills.
• Passion for new knowledge, resourceful and able to absorb concepts quickly.
• High level of energy, personal drive, and positivity
