What You'll Do
DAS Technology is seeking detail-oriented Engagement Support Specialists who excel in independent roles focused on providing seamless operational support. This position allows you to engage in various tasks without direct supervision while ensuring efficient front-line delivery for the Operations team. Your mission as an Engagement Support Specialist is to Think Like an Owner by supporting our operations and maintaining seamless departmental processes. You will handle audits, project tasks, and communications, allowing you to work autonomously while receiving private acknowledgment for your contributions and successes.
- Email Communication: Plan and manage external marketing communications for clients, allowing you to apply your attention to detail.
- Daily Check-Ins: Conduct brief daily check-ins with management via Microsoft Teams to align priorities without requiring constant oversight.
- Audit Recaps: Prepare comprehensive breakdowns of assigned audits, providing thorough and precise information to management.
- Quality and Pacing: Ensure accuracy and meet quality requirements for all assigned tasks, using daily tracking tools for self-management.
- Engagement Monitoring: Check and respond to comments, posts, and mentions on social media platforms daily, allowing for focused engagement with clients.
- Social Posting: Utilize the Social Engagement Platform to create and schedule social media content that meets client needs.
- Reputation Management: Carefully craft and send review responses, ensuring proper grammar and formatting to uphold client reputation.
- Survey Management: Manage survey tasks by ensuring timely responses while adhering to service level agreements.
- Email Monitoring: Oversee inboxes for out-of-office teammates, prioritizing urgent client requests without compromising your workflow.
- Copywriting Support: Assist the copywriting team with sourcing and scheduling content, contributing to a multi-client library that the entire team can utilize.
- Internal Communication: Complete end-of-day emails and updates as directed, ensuring clear communication within the team.
- Ad Hoc Duties: Take on additional audit tasks and overflow work as needed, facilitating team support while allowing for personal autonomy.
What You'll Bring
- Education & Experience: Proven experience in operational support roles; relevant educational background is preferred.
- Writing Skills: Strong writing and communication skills with an emphasis on clarity and detail.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and OneNote, along with Social Engagement Platforms.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, dependable, and able to manage personal workflows effectively while completing focused tasks.
- Adaptability: Willingness to shift duties based on team needs, with a preference for specific, structured tasks.
- Attention to Detail: An acute eye for detail, ensuring that all communications and reports meet high standards of quality.
