KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist on delivering engagement/comms strategy and tactical recommendations for multiple brands at a time
  • Assemble engagement briefs from research, insights, and client information
  • Assist in the development of integrated marketing strategies that leverage a mix of channels, platforms, and tactics to effectively reach and engage target audiences while aligning with client objectives

  • Keep a pulse on marketing channels, with an emphasis on social and digital platforms, including best practices in tactical utility and creative opportunities
  • Write clear and persuasive POV documents – on the competition, the category, and the company – as needed
  • Actively participate in a variety of client-facing meetings and workshops based on the clients’ business needs, often including a cross-functional team consisting of clients, 3rd party partners, and agency experts.
  • Demonstrate creative, innovative, and flexible thinking in strategic approach, tactical deliverables, and in client presentations
  • Translate consumer insights into consumer journey creation and assist senior staff in creating data-driven customer personas and customer journeys
  • Understand the process for social and digital measurement and KPIs, and pull directional qual or quant data as needed to support learnings and translate into actionable insight
  • Work cross-functionally with the brand and strategy teams to ensure the successful and innovative execution of approved strategies
  • Consume culture in real time and be an expert in how to react and harness its power: not only in brand communications and advertising, but also across personal interests and passions in media, pop culture, the internet and beyond
  • Go far and wide to find what's in and what's next - ultimately knowing how and why culture matters to people and how it impacts brands - and constantly bring opportunities forward
  • Inform how channels are used strategically and ensure superior creative executions rooted in insight, partnering closely with creative teams and brand partners to develop ongoing presence and campaigns that break through and drive real world results
