The Role
Engagement Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in York, PA. This position involves overseeing projects and programs to enhance member engagement and satisfaction. Key responsibilities will include managing member relationships, organizing events, strategizing member recruitment and retention initiatives, and coordinating communication efforts. The Engagement Manager will collaborate with diverse stakeholders to ensure the success of the association's programs and services.
 Qualifications
 
  • Possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills to oversee and deliver impactful initiatives effectively.
  • Strong Analytical and Consulting skills to assess member needs and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to manage member interactions and convey information effectively.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively toward shared goals.
  • Experience in event planning and member engagement is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the home building or remodeling industry is an advantage but not required.
