Qualifications
- Possess strong Program Management and Project Management skills to oversee and deliver impactful initiatives effectively.
- Strong Analytical and Consulting skills to assess member needs and recommend actionable strategies.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to manage member interactions and convey information effectively.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and work collaboratively toward shared goals.
- Experience in event planning and member engagement is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the home building or remodeling industry is an advantage but not required.
