As an Engagement Manager, you will act as a strategic partner to clients, defining business challenges and shaping technology strategies. You will bridge business needs with technology roadmaps, ensuring alignment from strategy to execution. This role requires expertise in both business and technology consulting, executive stakeholder engagement, and strategic problem-solving.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships, driving satisfaction and business expansion
- Define business challenges, develop technology strategies, and align solutions with client objectives
- Translate business needs into actionable technology roadmaps for execution by product teams
- Project oversight to ensure projects align with strategic goals, meet business needs, and adhere to defined roadmaps
- Continuous engagement on projects to provide continuity and strategic alignment
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring clear communication between stakeholders and delivery teams
- Collaborate with project teams to mitigate risks and optimize resources within budget constraints
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 8 years of experience in management consulting, technology strategy, or digital transformation
- Strong background in enterprise IT strategy and product development
- Proven experience advising senior executives on technology strategies
- Ability to travel up to 10%
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Big 5 consulting firms (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG, Accenture) or equivalent
- Experience in B2B technology sales, including custom software, data, and cloud solutions
- MBA or advanced degree in business or technology
- Certifications: PMP, SAFe, CSM, or Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- Expertise in enterprise cloud adoption and IT modernization
